The role:

As CRM Manager (f/m/d), you will help to scale a new pillar of the digital marketing mix at Clark Germany GmbH. The role is a crucial part of the Digital Marketing strategy for growth and expansion in 2020. The role is regarded as high impact and as a result will involve working closely with the whole Marketing, product and sales departments.

Tasks

  • Manage operational activities of various crm and lifecycle marketing campaigns, automations, testing, audience segmentation, optimization cycles and reporting.
  • Develop and execute cross-channel, end-to-end CRM strategies to acquire new customers.
  • Continually engage and retain these customers throughout their lifecycle.
  • Develop e-mails, push notification, newsletters and automated workflows for segmented user groups for both evergreen and one-off campaigns.
  • Defining new customer lifecycle strategies to increase our customer engagement
  • Leverage marketing automation tools to develop transactional, and informational content strategies that maximize customer retention and growth.
  • Oversee the content, delivery frequency and segmentation of CRM campaigns.
  • Work with our Digital, Creative, and Product teams to design and launch automated campaigns using our internal and external tools.
  • Establish, measure, report on, and improve KPIs for all campaigns. Document results, and present achievements.
  • Partner with our Product, Design, Brand, Content, and Creative teams to ensure all touchpoints are on-brand, fully localized, and impactful.
  • Engage with the organisation to deliver a consistent customer experience and brand proposition throughout

Requirements

  • You have completed university studies in marketing, media, economics, communication science or in a similar field
  • You already have established experience in a CRM and/or Lifecycle role in a leading company
  • Understanding of mobile and desktop advertising (metrics)
  • ROI driven mindset
  • Strong time and project management skills
  • You are characterised by a high degree of self-initiative, readiness for action and a hands-on-mentality
  • Strong communications skills and team spirit complete your profile
  • An open-minded, positive, enthusiastic, inspiring, result-oriented person with the ability to work in a very fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in German in addition to English language abilities is essential.
