As our Office Manager / Event Planner, you wil...

  • manage third party vendors/resources for facility and office support.
  • help team members get setup to work when visiting the Frankfurt office.
  • own day-to-day employee workplace experience to ensure the office runs smoothly.
  • check and distribute incoming and outgoing post. Book transport and accommodation.
  • manage procurement, vendors and purchasing for office supplies, food and equipment.
  • plan events, organize team lunches and support in organizing the participation in career fairs etc.
  • maintain our office and arrange necessary repairs, upkeep, safety and office modifications as needed.
  • build and maintain great relationships with people at all levels, from the cleaning staff to the newest clients.
  • partner with accounting for expenses, wire payments, provisioning access to finance accounts & company credit cards.
  • troubleshoot general office. Anticipate the needs of the team and the office by consistently staying two (or ten!) steps ahead.

 Your Background, you...

  • have experience or knowledge of HR processes.
  • have a strong ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • have excellent communication, time management and prioritization skills.
  • have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office package (Excel/Powerpoint).
  • have experience in an administrative role, planning team & company events.
  • are detail oriented, analytical and have an absolute solution-oriented approach.
  • are service oriented: can-do positive attitude, welcoming, considerate, resourceful.
  • are fluent in both German and English and have excellent written and oral communication skills.
