As our Marketing Planning & Analysis Specialist, you...
- own multi-dimensional marketing planning across products, geographies, marketing channels and customer groups
- create impact analyses and attribution models across channels (on- and offline)
- gather data from multiple sources and create unified data analysis
- surface best performing campaigns and advertising assets and find causalities that support ROI improvements
- develop multichannel CRM system
- support in ROI-based decision making by providing guidance on value-creating activities
- work closely with channel managers and Business Intelligence department
- report to the Chief Marketing officer
Your Background, you...
- have gained a Master Degree in Data Science or Computer Science or similar
- have 3+ years experience with Marketing APIs of Facebook, Google, DSPs or similar & Business planning
- possess programming skills in R and Python for data manipulation
- have masterful Excel skills
- As a plus: have experience in handling SQL tasks & some experience with Databases
- thrive in creating quick solution that help to get more data and better insights
- are very analytical and organized, but have the right amount of customer thinking and creativity
- are motivated by driving Clarks business forward
- speak English language proficiently
- have German language skills (a plus)
