As our HR Admin you will...

  • be the first point of contact for employees on any HR related queries.
  • improve the employee experience through a detailed and conscientious approach and employee brand.
  • support forming and maintaining employee records.
  • organize the on- and off-boarding of employees, i.e. relocation, approval request german labour law etc, through one-on-ones, surveys and presentations.
  • update databases internally, such as sick leaves and maternity leaves.
  • prepare and amend when necessary HR documents, i.e. employment contracts and recruitment guides.
  • review and renew company policies and legal compliance.
  • liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance, immigration law, social securities etc.
  • report regularly on HR metrics, such as company turnover.
  • assist with payroll by providing the department with relevant employee information, i.e. holidays and sick days taken.
  • help with various arrangements internally, from travel to processing expenses.
  • support pllanning events, organizing team lunches and organizing the participation in career fairs etc.
  • maintain org charts monthly.

Your background, you...

  • are fluent in both German and English and have excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • have 2-3 years experience working in a HR department.
  • have knowledge in german labour law.
  • are able to work with all levels of employees and to handle and protect highly.
  • confidential information.
  • are service oriented: can-do positive attitude, welcoming, considerate, resourceful.
  • have a strong ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • have excellent communication, time management and prioritization skills.
  • are detail oriented, analytical and have an absolute solution-oriented approach.
